Bridie Nelson trained with The Coaching Academy and gained a distinction in Professional Personal Performance Coaching. She is a coach with the Calne Coaching Cafe and holds a diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
Bridie regularly writes articles for: Fibromyalgia Focus, Lupus UK and NRAS.
Bridie's unique support system is based on her own experience of living and working with autoimmune disease and long term health issues including fibromyalgia, vulvodynia, neuropathic back pain and erosive lichen planus, she is also founder member of the charity: UK Lichen Planus.
She has a special interest in enabling clients to make a successful return to work after an accident, or the diagnosis of chronic illness and under the name of 'The Dream Team' with career consultant Sandi Sayer, she regularly co-runs confidence and self esteem workshops in the Swindon area and beyond.
